When the Pluk-O-Trak is equipped with the Munckhof M-Connect system, you transform your existing machine into a smart machine connected to the internet. All actions performed with the machine are sent to Agromanager. This way, you always know how long the belts were activated or when the machine's contact was engaged.
You also have the option to register the working hours of all employees via the machine. Each employee has a badge that can be linked in Agromanager's personnel module to the respective person. This way, you know how many hours each employee has worked, and their performance becomes visible.
The Pluk-O-Trak with the M-Connect system also has a barcode scanner to scan barcodes on storage crates, providing the option to register crates. Combined with the built-in GPS, you know where the crate was filled.
If you want even more information about the harvest, you can also choose the camera option. This allows the machine to determine the size and quality of each piece of fruit. This information can then be used as a data source to validate treatments or make optimizations for the next year. All this information is also visible at the crate level or in the cooling module.
When you activate the connection with the M-connect system, you establish a digital link between your Harvesting Machine and the Agromanager environment. No user data is shared with the machine's manufacturer.
Crops
Based on the available crops in Agromanager, the machine can determine where it is active. Using its location, the Harvesting Machine can automatically register the harvested fruit. Work hours are also recorded based on the location.
Personnel
When the personnel badge is scanned, the employee's name is displayed on the machine's screen. This name is retrieved from the personnel overview.
